Children who must be removed from their family homes,
either temporarily or permanently, are reliant upon the
foster care system. Other children are in desperate need
of permanent families that will care and love them as
they grow and mature. Adult consumers who have a variety
of disabilities also need Foster homes, especially if
they prefer a family setting to a group home or other
similar residence. In order to serve these populations
well, these resource families needs "hands on" help. Ms.
Grealish offers training on enhancing those services and
